Manchester City won Premiere League

Ferguson wants to coach more years

The Scottish coach of Manchester United manager Alex Ferguson said on Monday that he feels well enough to stay two or three years on the bench of the "Red Devils", where he trains for 28 seasons.

"I do not know how much will endure but if my health holds, I do not think two or three years I do any harm," said the coach in an interview on BBC Radio 5 Live, where he also said he would retire in a moment of success for the team.

"If there comes a point where you do not enjoy what I do, it's time to retire. But I always think of going with a success behind you. I hope we can do it," he said.

Ten years ago, the Scottish coach announced he would retire when I finished the 2001-2002 season, but the poor performance of the team in that year, during which not harvested any title, it did reverse his decision.

In this interview, Ferguson said he would not continue to train when done his time at United, but will remain active and hopes to have "some role" in the club once removed.
